Chef/Owner Mario Bianca
Chef Mario is an Italian chef that has lived in the WNY area since 2018. He is excited about being a part of the local restaurant scene. He is a native of Siracusa, Sicily, in southern Italy and has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He has worked in many establishments in the United States and Europe. He is excited to bring his experience, love of food, and creativity of Italian food to you. His vision is to create modern Italian recipes and fun Sicilian street food to share with his guests. You will also see some traditional items on the menu, as well. He would like you to taste Italy through his eyes.
We are located in the beautiful Village of Lewiston in the historical Clarkson House.
